Skyla and Melatonin?

I've read that you can't take birth control pills with the sleeping supplement melatonin, but does anyone know if you can take it with an iud? I have Skyla. Thanks!

I have a Mirena and the doctors still give me melatonin. Since it is vital to my health I do not get pregnant, I am guessing it doesn't mess with it. But random info: lavender helps you sleep, and it is totally natural.

That's weird because melatonin is naturally produced by your body... I'd imagine it'd be fine

There really shouldn't be a correlation between the use of melatonin and the decline of effectiveness of birth control..
