Chest pain when laying down?

Anyone experience a sharp pain in their chest when they breathe but ONLY when they're laying down? When I sit up straight or stand up it totally goes away.....39+2wks

Please watch it closely or call your ob! I have had blood clots in my lungs and that was one of my first symptoms.

My guess would be heartburn-- that's consistent with laying down & can definitely feel like a sharp pain. Tums will probably help if so!
