I have a question about HCG levels. My baby stopped growing at about 5 weeks 5 days. My miscarriage was confirmed at 7 weeks 6 days. When they did my HCG levels that day they told me that it was already down to zero. The ER doc said that was kinda unusual be he didn't elaborate and after 9 hours in the ER, I was too tired to ask.

Have any of you had that happen? I keep reading about other people taking 5 - 6 weeks or more to get back down to zero. My follow up appointment is tomorrow so I'll be asking the doctor but I just wanted to know if anyone else had this experience.
