Is it worth it?

I have suffered from severe depression and anxiety for several years. Before becoming pregnant, I was on Wellbutrin(antidepressant) and Xanax. I stopped taking both when I found out about the baby bc I didn't want to take any additional risks by taking meds and harming my growing baby. I'm now 30 weeks, and the last few months have been pretty tough as far as anxiety. Been having full blown panic attacks. I discussed with my OB and she has suggested that I try Zoloft, which she says is ok for pregnancy and breastfeeding(which I plan on doing exclusively). I declined at first but after some thought, think I should so that I can emotionally get a handle on things before baby arrives and it possibly gets worse. Anyone ever taken Zoloft or other antidepressants while pregnant? Advice?
