For the poop situation, it's very common to get constipated during pregnancy. I'm 9 weeks and still have troubles pooping. What helps me is just eating lots of fibre and drinking lots of water throughout the day. Although they aren't the best tasting, I eat bran buds and there are plenty of granola bars and snacks that have lots of fibre. Just google foods with it in them :)

Coconut oil (cooking kind) or bio oil are amazing for itching. Any time you itch just lube yourself up. Tons of water helps too. As for your potty issue...sadly...it's something most of us deal with. Pinterest is a good place to look for things to help. My dr recommended Activia when needed.

I grab the vaseline lotion for itchy boobs. As far as pooping goes benefiber will make you go if you don't want to fuss with all the other natural stuff. A lot of people use prune juice but it never did it for me.

Pooping- 1-2 cups coffee. Boom, regular. I know people cut back on caffeine but 1-2 cups should be fine. I didn't drink much coffee in the first trimester or so bc of nausea. Prune juice is grosssssss but it works. Be careful and don't overdo the prune juice, learned that one the hard way. Lotion your boobs!

Start taking a probiotic daily to help keep yourself regular. I have suffered with constipation my whole pregnancy (34 weeks now) and I started taking the Phillips brand after getting a bad uti and it helped me a lot. I could poop almost daily. Now I'm taking gummy probiotics but not getting the same results so I'm disappointed

Try upping your fiber and water intake. Have you even eaten dates? Try those- they're VERY effective haha. As far as itching- lotion/oil and ice!

Walking helps me go, Rasin Bran cereal too. Metamucil is safe to drink and helps.

For pooping: more fiber, more water, and eat some prunes😜
