Hormone problems😑

So ever since I can remember Iv been this angry irritated girl who will just cry for no reason, or over stupid things, I was clinically diagnosed depressed and took anti depressants at one stage but hated how they made me feel so I went organic and changed my diet excersised etc and it seemed to have helped a bit. But about a year ago I got into new contraception as I always just took the pill (levlen ED) on and off as I found the hormones in it made me feel worse, anyway I got the IUD mirena and the doctor said it has very little hormones in it, but Iv noticed now major mood changes, I don't know if I'm bipolar or just sensitive to hormones it's so annoying how one minute I'm fine the next I'm annoyed, upset, angry, irritated, does anyone else have this problem with added hormones in contraceptions?
