Hello I'm Tynika I'm am now 4W1D Prego and I have been smoking cigarettes for 8 years😱 I really wanna stop 🚫🚫 for my new child's health but it's soooooo hard can anyone give me any suggestions? PLEASE because every time I try to quit I crave for the nicotine 😩😩😩
