IUD questions

I've had my mirerna in for little over a year now. Recently my boyfriend said he could feel something poking him during sex( assuming it's the IUD) but I've also been having cramps and period symptoms but no bleeding. I've had my IUD in for awhile but I still have no idea what's normal or not, and I wanna be safe and not get pregnant lmao. So if any ladies can comment and let me know how yours is :)
