Uncomfortable without a bra??

Question

I'm sure it's not just me, but I can't go without my bra or my boobs get really sore. I'm a 34b so not even big or anything. Is it just sensitivity? I feel weird because I see so many posts saying "when you get home and take your bra off" and I'm just like why would you be that happy it hurts????

My boobs are 34 E and I cannot stand wearing a bra mainly due to my back. They just sound very sensitive but please don't wear a bra to bed or anything cause that might not be helping the situation x

I like wearing my bra at 38DDD I seriously prefer to have it on and the girls looking good in a nice bra more often than not is always a good boost to my esteem

It's just sensitivity from wearing your bra all the time. Just wean yourself off wearing it all the time. It's actually better to not wear a bra all the time because it helps the muscles in your boobs stay good.

I used to be like that but then I heard wearing a bra all the time can make your boobs sag eventually when you get older because your boobs are constantly being held up by a bra and so when you take the bra off they will just hang with no support...that's why I slowly started to not wear a bra because it actually can keep your boobs up and it strengthens the muscles in your breasts and they will hold themselves up over time and eventually it will feel like your wearing a bra. 
I now rarely wear a bra and I'm a 36D and I find that wearing spagetti strap tank tops with a built in "bra" really help if your trying to get used to no bra.

It's because the muscles hurt because they're actually lifting themselves up instead of the bra doing it for them. Think of it this way:
You're at the gym doing sit ups on the floor. And right next to you is another person doing sit ups, but they're not actually doing anything. They're just laying on a machine that's moving them up and down so they look like they're doing push ups but they're very clearly just laying there doing nothing at all and making the machine do all the work. And then people start coming up to you and saying "But you're gonna get fat because you're not using the machine!" Or "You'll lose all your muscular if you don't use the machine!" Even though you're actually doing work and the other person is just doing nothing. That's how a bra works. You gain muscle so your boobs can hold themselves up. It'd also be like that person going "Why would I want to do sit ups without the machine?! It hurts my body!" Because you're body is learning to do it itself with out needing a machine (or in this case a bra) to do it for it.
