I had a friend of mine watch my baby.. So I specifically said NO solids due to digestive issues and allergies.. Tell me if it looks like she did. Her poop never looks like this and she's having trouble pooping

If you find yourself analyzing your baby's poop because you're concerned the person with whom you entrusted your babys life isn't following your instructions, I would find a new sitter.

TMI warning, and also, maybe post in a baby or parenting room bc not everyone ( like me ) knows how to tell ... You'd get more help in that room. Sorry you're having this trust issue with that person though. If she did lie, I wouldn't let her babysit again

Babies have diarrhea  and spinach  like poop alot.

If she's having  trouble  pooping, one thing we did always worked.

While baby is on changing table, hold legs up like you are wiping her, wipe her butt with a wipe. It stimulates the anal area and makes them push  /bowels to release.

If that doesn't  work, use KY on a rectal thermometer  and "take their temperature  " rectally. Generally,  if they gotta go, the smallest insertion of that thermometer  stimulates them and they poop it out.

Mylacon drops work absolute wonders too!  They were a real life saver! (It's over the counter in baby isle)
