Period at sea breeze or should I pass?

I'm supposed to be going to seabreeze (roller coasters, amusement park)and I'm on my period. The cramps and bloading and back aches have been horrible for the past three days and I don't think I'm feeling up to it but I wish I could go so badly god damn it😡🔫. My dad probably will make me go but if I feel even worse, how can I tell him I'm not feeling good at all?

Say that you have your period and you aren't feeling well. He's an adult. He'll get it.

I would tell him I'm having feminine issues and don't feel well enough it go. If he says to suck it up, just go into detail of how the pain feels or tell him he wouldn't understand because he isn't a woman.
