What's your favorite way to tame your PMS emotions?
Hello lovely ladies!
I wanted to get some tips and tricks on how to better handle the roller coaster of emotions that is PMS.
I just changed IUDs (paraguard-->mirena) and experiencing crazier than normal PMS symptoms. (Literally crying like every 2 seconds for no reason. Which is weird bc I usually don't get the water works ever, even with PMS.)
What are your favorite ways to cheer yourself up?
