TTC with PCOS

Hello my name is Sandy and I was diagnosed with PCOS back in December 2015 and I was wondering if you ladies that have PCOS can you get a positive htp with having PCOS and it be have a healthy pregnancy. My fiance and I have been trying for a few months now and I have been late a few times since being diagnosed but never gotten pregnant. Now I am late again af was due June 14 and I have no sign of it coming any time soon. Please help me with understanding PCOS while TTC.
