5yo "how do you know when she's ready to come out?"
Me: "well my tummy starts to hurt really bad so then I go to the hospital"
5yo: "my tummy hurts bad when I need to poo, is it like that? you should go to the toilet to see if you need to poo before you go to the hospital to make sure"
