What can I take?

I think I have BV, it's been like this for months now and I have always wondered if it's a bacterial infection or yeast infection but after reading a thread today iv concluded it must be BV
My symptoms are , white sometimes yellow thick discharge and a lot of it ... All the time, I sometimes get an extremely bad smell , not all the time though and it doesn't smell like fish , I expecially smell after me and my boyfriend have unprotected sex, it sometimes hurts to urinate and it sometimes hurts to have see , I also get shooting pains in my vagina sometimes ...
What do you guys think it is and what can I take to get rid of it? 
I can't go to the doctor because I'm on holiday in the UK and I don't have the money to see a doctor ..

Pain while urinating and vaginal pain are not symptoms commonly associated with BV. I know you can't visit a doctor right now (but that's the best advice I can offer) until you can: try drinking lots of water and (pure) cranberry juice..... No sugar drinks. Also, STOP HAVING SEX... If you have an infection you could pass it on to him OR  if you don't have an infection it could be a chemical imbalance (disturbance of good and bad bacteria) and sex or any kind of penetration could further disturb it. So avoid sex until you can see a doctor. 
o and depending on where you are exactly many European countries have universal health care.... Ask around, it probably wouldn't cost you a thing to go see a dr while thee b

A yeast infection not treated can become Bacteria Vaginosis . And if you don't get the Bacteria infection cured it could become something worse. Anytime you feel abnormal or your vagina isn't its normal self don't hesitate!!! Get checked out!! It could be major or minor but either way it's the best thing to do!!

Unfortunately..sounds like sti symptoms, like gonorrhea. Get it checked asap.

I'm not sure but I don't think it's BV? I had BV and it didn't hurt at all when I pee. I had fishy smell and white-yellow thick discharge and that's all. Go get that checked :)
