So I already have like blonde undertones I guess ? And I naturally have brown hair and will turn blonde is sh so into a dirty blonde kind of . but on my head only . lately my eyebrows have been getting blonde hairs I. Would get a couple here and there but little by little my eyebrows are going full on blonde ! As well as my arm hairs . does anyone knows what causes this ?
