I got married to one
But he stopped before we got married, he has such a fucked up past but we always had each others backs, I know him all my life and he changed so we could have a family. He's doing so great now, he's working a lot and loves his job because he's finally doing what he always wanted to do. 
I love him to death and no matter how fucked up his past is and how hard it was for us he has such a bright future and I'm here to always support him💓
I'm not saying every 'meth head' is willing to change for you, no one should change for anyone anyway but what I'm trying to say is dont judge a person by their appereance and give it a try but take care of yourself and dont try to hurt yourself too much, because being with someone like that is really so hard and hurtful, emotionally and sometimes even phisically.

I would never BEFRIEND a meth head but if you were my friend and you became a meth head I would stick with you and try to help you get through it. meth fucks people up and I know first hand experience.

My brother was on meth very bad.  He was shooting it.   I cut him out of my life until he decided to get clean.  Now this was after 2 years of my family trying to help him.  We got him in 3 different rehabs.  We tried anything and everything.   With having 4 kids that is not something I want then to think is ok to do.

Not unless it was my best friend who then turned to drugs, I would do all I could to help her. I wouldn't make friends with a stranger who was on it, I don't want to get involved in any of that.
