Prenatal yoga
Has anyone done yoga throughout their pregnancy . Anyt tips on good videos or where you buy them from . I would really love to stretch and be active this pregnancy. My first one I was sick in bed the entire 40weeks and I just want to be health and have energy . Any thoughts and tips would be very helpful and thank you inadvance :)
