I am 7 weeks and i work at a factory. I do heavy lifting. Like 50lbs. And i am scared for my baby. I don't want to quit my job because i need the money. And I'm also afraid to take off work sometimes because I don't want them to fired me for "poor work" which i think that would be discrimination. If it is 80 degrees in the factory, add 15 degrees!! ITS HOT. And i work with fiberglass and has binder in the air. Last week it was 90 degrees in the factory (+15degrees) and i could hardly breathe. I had to go to the break room almost every 10-15 mins. And there is no light duty where i work. 😞 i am so deviated and scared on what to do. Any thoughts?!
