I'm 6weeks 2days pregnant

Hey guys I am 6 weeks and 2 days pregnant, I have a lot of morning sickness which is all day sickness I can't eat anything only milk, and I get some pains in my lower stomach incase if I raise up quick to open the door or any thing that would make me come out of bed fast please any advice? Thanks
