Anyone using a waist band after birth?

I'm having a csection and heard they really help with healing as well as trimming ur waist.

Yes! The hospital should provide one! Really helped during the first two weeks.

Yes! Yes! Yes!  Had a csection with my first and didn't get an abdominal binder for at least a week after, it made such a difference supporting the incision.  I was able to get around so much easier.  Consider buying one, but also ask for one at he hospital, they should supply you one but they might not offer if you don't ask (I asked and we still ended up leaving without one due to some confusion around discharge/forgot to ask again).
