It's been only 4 days since I had my baby girl. I am swelled beyond the "comfort" levels. I swell in my face when I cry, my back is swollen and itchy from the epidural, and my legs are swollen from being numb. All the doctors office told me to do was water and elevation. 😫 I have tried those.. It's increased not only milk supply but how many times I run to the bathroom. I am up quite abit taking care of her. But I always remember to keep my feet up.
