Cankles???

The cankles are unreal!! Is anyone else getting them. Mine get so bad I can't wiggle my toes.

That's how it was for me with my last two pregnancies. With this one I have cut out mostly all my sugar and I don't deal with swelling!!

Yesterday in Wal-Mart, I took my sneakers on and put in some flip flops before I even paid for them, then this morning I wore the same flip flops and the struggle to put lotion on my feet was serious. Also I had to buy mens flip flops because of my feet being so swollen

Omg girl!!! I wear my compression socks when I feel swelling coming on. I hope that doesn't hurt 😢!!

Days I'm on my feet a lot it is totally like that... Luckily if I can stay off my feet it's much better!
