How long do you stay in the hospital after you give birth?

24-48 hours after vaginal birth OR 3-4 days for C-Section. Sometimes it depends on your insurance though. You can call and ask!

With my first I had to stay 2 1/2 days but my BP was high the first day. My sister never had to stay more than 24hrs with all 3 of hers

In Florida it's normally 2 days for natural birth and 3 days for C-section. Hospitals are different and it can also depend on your insurance and your health after you have the baby

24 hrs if all is well.  Amish folk here have the baby and within a couple hours go home.
