My doctors have prescribed me unisom during this horrible first trimester. It is such a blessing it's the only thing that gets me to sleep with no side effects.

My doctor told me that we are more than able to take Benadryl! Especially further along, when it's literally impossible... She said I can take it almost every night if needed. Not that I did, but it's definitely been a life savor!!!😅
