How did you find your passion?

Question

I'm 21 years old and dropped out of college because I wasn't passionate enough about what I was doing (first interior design and then psychology). I don't know what I want to do with my life. I don't know how to find my passion. What do you ladies do? And how did you know that you wanted to do it?

Currently I'm an infant teacher and I love it. But I always knew I wanted to be an addiction counselor. I was an addict for six years and have been clean for almost 3 and a half. I found my passion through my addiction.

English 3-4 teacher. I love it I've always been good at it and I'm confident enough to deal with teens. 
It came natural to me. It's just something I've always been great at and I love helping my classmates understand things the teacher couldn't help them with.

I've always had a passion for makeup and hair and stuff  . So one day (IDK when because I have a baby right now) I'm going to beauty school.  Always wanted to do makeup and hair for weddings and stuff.

I'm on the same boat as you! I always wants s to be a teacher but as time went on studying in school I lost the fire for it. Idk what I'm really good at but I have always been interested in medical field but as what I don't know, and I'm 24 so I understand about your career choice and having everything together and you'll find something you live in whatever you do

Pick something you really enjoy doing and go for it. If it doesn't work out, that's ok. It's always a good time to start over.

I have to go with the commenter above. I always knew what I wanted to do. I REALLY like animals. That's something I had a fire for. I got to college and majored in animal science and I was put off by the limitations in that field and I was devastated. But, I stayed in school and discovered that I could change my major to natural resource ecology management and still work with animals and have plenty of options in my career choice! So you just have to kind of have a certain idea about where you want to go.

I didn't discover what I was meant to do until I was already almost done with my degree at a pricey private college. For me it was literally by chance. I got a work study job at an after school care program and eventually that led to me working in the nursery at the Y. I am teaching a 3k class in August!! (😋) it was literally by chance but you're never going to figure it out until you try some new things. For all you know the answer could be staring you right in the face and you just don't realize it!!
