Working out?

Question

Does anyone workout while pregnant? I refuse to gain as much weight as I did with my first child, so I'm trying to find a way to keep this weight gain at just baby, placenta and fluid lol

I haven't done much, but they say doing stuff in the pool is a great way for pregnant women to exercise.

I walk a TON!  I want to try some like hikes in the early am as well.  I am only 5 weeks, but I am doing my best to stick with a nutritious diet and regular daily exercise.  My IVF Nurse gave me the go ahead for light aerobic exercises.

I've been told walking and working out in water is good for us.

I'm so lazy there's no way. I mean getting up to go pee 37 times a day is my work out. Lol

I still lift weights. Just lighter and slow down to listen to my body. I'm an experienced gym rat though. So I wouldn't recommend starting a program your not experienced with esp as a pregnant woman.  Even swimming can be strenuous if you don't normally swim.  Just take it slow.
