I had a vaginal delivery 2 weeks ago. Ended up getting 2 stitches. Since the delivery I've been using be perineal bottle with warm water to clean myself. I was wondering if I can use soap to clean the outside of my vagina or should I continue to use water until I heal fully? I don't want to increase my risk of infection.
