Last week 5week 3 day transvaginal ultra sound showed a proper sized gestational sac. Today 6week 3 day transvaginalultra sound showed properly growing gestational sac and yolk sac. The nurse was not very positive since she couldn't find a fetal pole or heart beat after a minute or two of trying. She mentioned miscarriage could be possible. Have not had any bleeding or cramping just some bloating and nausea to date. I know her demeanor did not help but now I'm going to be worrying until next weeks scan.   Anyone else have similar early scans? If so how did it turn out?
