When should I go to the Dr for my first appointment?

I would probably go around 8 or 10 weeks so they'll be able to see something on the ultrasound. At 5 weeks they won't be able to see anything or it would be very difficult to tell.. Well at least for me it was... Try to start on prenatal vitamins asap.

They like to do a blood test before your first prenatal app to confirm

They will schedule you when they think it's right.  Some won't see you till 8+ weeks. For both of mine I didn't get seen till 8 weeks!
