If you've had an ectopic what did you feel?

I'm just shy of 5 weeks.. Been having some cramps and pains that I thought were gas but mostly on my left side... 😢 I'm really worried because I had an internal ultrasound right at 4 weeks and nothing was seen in the uterus.. So if you've had an ectopic or a rupture what did you feel, and what if anything did you feel leading up to it? 
I see my doctor tomorrow but I don't know if he will send me to repeat the scan. I am not bleeding or even spotting at all.

Totally normal to see nothing at four weeks. I didn't have pain with my ectopic, but I had bleeding and my hcg went up, down, back up, all over the place. If you already had an ultrasound, you're being monitored, right? When's your next appt? Try not to worry.

I had an ectopic and I was bleeding from the day I got my positive. It got to the point that I needed to wear a pad. I also had a lot of period like cramps, mostly on one side. I eventually was bleeding so heavily and in so much pain I went to the hospital.

However, I'm currently almost 30 weeks and with this pregnancy I had a lot of cramping in the beginning but no bleeding. I wouldn't stress out too much. Try to relax, I know it's easier said than done. But a lot of women bleed and cramp and everything is ok!
