37 and 5 days cramping

Me and my husband had sex 2 days ago and no cramping no nothing, we used the breast pump last night to see if that would speed things along and as soon as I layed down I had uncomfortable cramping but fell asleep. Woke up this morning with the same uncomfortable cramping and the urge to pee but no pee is coming the cramping is getting more intense but I can feel the baby moving? What is this? Contractins? How do I time them? FTM help!
