My induction is officially scheduled for the end of this week at 37+3 due to GH and IUGR. Problem is, my body is not remotely ready. I am not contracting at all and my cervix is locked down like Alcatraz. I go in the night before to start dilation before getting pitocin the next morning. Is a vaginal delivery even possible for me? Or can you reassure me a c-section is not the end of the world of that's what it comes down to? Induction was not at all my ideal birth plan but gotta keep baby safe. But I'm a FTM and freaking out!
