What do you do?...

So my baby girl has been sleeping in her crib for about 4 weeks now. She used to wake up and just cry, so I would go and get her. Now she has about 5days she wakes up doesn't make a noise and is just moving around playing with her hands... Question is, should I still get her when I see that she just wakes up eventho she isn't crying or wait till she cries? Hubby says just wait till she calls for you (cries). But I wonder if it's ok.... This is for the morning time around 830/9am. Night time she is good is the morning time that I wonder if I should just get her out of the crib or wait till she cries that she wants out.
