Chicken salad?

Hey guys!

I ordered a chicken salad sandwich from Tartinery today and ate the whole thing!! Then realized - chicken salad is a 'no no' .... Right??? :-/ I'm 7weeks tomorrow! 
Should I be concerned? I mean, how common IS listeria? 😬

My doctor told me if it doesn't make you sick then it's okay. I felt that way about subway and he assured me everything will be okay.

You shouldn't eat any salad from store it's much better and safer if you make it at home.

If it's from a reputable place and its fresh, you're probably fine. I make chicken salad at home all the time.

there's so much food you "can't eat" now, that my mom ate with both of her pregnancies and were perfectly fine. that's why I'm not changing my diet any. I still eat cold lunch meat, I would eat chicken salad if I liked it, I still drink caffeine, etc. my mom did it with my sister in the 80s and me in the 90s  and both of us were born perfectly healthy. I'm not going to sacrifice anything I love just because it's "supposedly" harmful to the baby.

Ccicken salad is fine it's more of lunch meat that isn't pre cooked. Chicken if from a reputable place is cooked properly then stored in a chilled are or fridge. You are fine to eat them. But like I said get from somewhere you know.
