Expecting teachers!
I'm a first grade teacher and this is my second yearin the district. I just found out I'm pregnant, and will be due in February. I'm panicking because I know I definitely don't have enough sick/personal days to cover my leave, but I also wouldn't wantto leave my baby too soon. As it stands, I have enough days to cover about a month.
And then of course, I don't want to be moved to another school/grade because I went on leave. It happened to a friend of mine in the same district, but different school.
I'm scared. I don't even want to think about what'll happen when I tell my administration...
