Depo shot

Okay, so my depo ran out on April 30th. About five days later I had a period, mostly horrible cramps ( I have endometriosis) little bleeding. I only had one shot. Since then I am getting my period like every two weeks with horrible cramping and its annoying the absolute crap out of me. I am waiting for my health insurance to be turned back on so I can go in. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue. I started again yesterday. The cramps are awful as usual, ibuprofen, heating pad, and laying around is my life. This time my period is super heavy compared to since it started. Ugh.
