Would you be mad if you found out your SO had sex with your friend?

So last night my girlfriend found out I had slept with a friend of hers in the past. For the sake of clarity, let's call my gf S and the friend will be D. I slept with D a whole freaking year ago before D even knew S. They weren't even friends yet. Then S and I got together shortly after I stopped sleeping with D (who was like a friends with benefits type of thing). I don't know how D and S met but now my gf is mad at me because I "kept a secret" from her but I honestly didn't think it was relevant information. D obviously shared this information with S to try to ruin my relationship. Advice and opinions please?

Well i can kinda see where she is coming from..but yeah the same time its the past.. i mean i would want my girl friend too tell me that she did something with the guy i am  with. Because i'm going out with the guy now..if i found out later on that my girlfriend slept with the man i am now with..i wouldnt want her too be around my guy and i wouldnt want my man being around her..(thats just me) because i dont know if you two had feeling growing for eachother. that would just be so awkward,my girl friend around the man i am now with. 
Yes the past is the past but if i found out later on that my guy and my girl friend were messing with eachother before i met him..that would make me a little mad and uncomfortable..again..just cause i found out late.

But try talking to your friend again..tell her that it was in the past..and you know you guys move forward from there.
