Endometriosis, scar tissue and pain

Hey guys. I'm stage 4 endometriosis and PCOS, had laparoscopy when I was 18, now I'm 24 and 17 weeks pregnant. Since week 14 I've been feeling this constant, numb pain below my belly button, but it's not cramp like, not like round ligament pain and not like period pain. My doctor checked me out and everything was great and she concluded, that the extreme pain I'm having is due to stretching of scar tissue.

I'm using Magne b6 vitamin but it doesn't help the pain. How do you cope? Does it get easier? I'm stuck in the bed and unable to work due to it lately..
