After pregnancy weight loss
I'm in my third trimester and absolutely hate what I see in the mirror besides my baby bump. I just feel gross. I need a good simple plan for after birth to help get my body back in shape. This is my first baby and I want something easy enough to manage with a newborn so no complicated diets or anything that will take a ton of time. I also plan on breast feeding so I know I need to keep up a certain caloric intake to produce an adaquite supply of breast milk. Any pointers from some veteran moms or fitness moms? I really could use some guidance!
