Ttc with pcos

Hey ladies. I have pcos and have been ttc since last June but haven't had a period since last September. My doctor ran a bunch of tests and we determined in February it was in fact PCOS also i have hypothyroidism. I haven't started any type of medication other than stuff for my thyroid but my doctor said not to give up because i could still be ovulating. Any other moms get pregnant even if they didn't have a period in a long time? Trying to remain hopeful. Thanks.
