Contractions

I've been having contractions every 6 minutes for the past 5 hours but they literally don't hurt st all just tightening. I was monitored 2 weeks ago for the same thing but no change so they said to judge by intensity so only if they are too painful. I don't want to go back for nothing and spend more money when they told me wait until painful but on the other hand I hear multiple people saying they didn't have pain until almost time to push! Idk what to do :/ I don't want to have my baby sitting at home lol
