Weight loss during late first trimester...

I started out my pregnancy at the healthy weight of 123lbs. With my constant good aversions to just about everything and incessant nausea I lost about 4 pounds, which makes a big difference considering my starting weight. They weren't too happy about it at all. Well, within the last week or so, my appetite has gotten a lot better and I've been able to eat probably twice as much as I was before. Even so, I weighed myself again today and I've lost another 1.5lbs!! I don't understand how this is still happening, especially considering the foods I've been eating are all good foods, and I didn't have any extra weight on me to lose. I've been eating a lot of fresh fruits and veggies, pasta, cheese, cottage cheese, turkey burgers, chicken... I don't understand why I keep losing weight. I'm starting to feel it too, how much more tired and all over weak I am than I was even a couple weeks ago when the sickness was bad. I am starting to see my bones more, too. It's starting to freak me out a little bit 😔
I'm 10+3 today, and have an OB appointment Friday.
