Sleeping through night?

My LO is 5 weeks and will sleep for 6-7 hours if I let her. She's gaining weight good so should I let her sleep or wake her a little earlier to feed? I know she'd wake up if she was starving but it still worries me.

My daughter is being formula fed and she is gaining weight. her sleep schedule is going to sleep at 9 p.m. wake up at 2, eats 4 ounces, goes back to sleep, wakes up at 4, goes back to sleep and doesn't wake up again until noon. Shes a month has been doing it since she was born. She loves her sleep

My 4 week old eats at 11pm and goes to sleep until 6-7am. As long as your baby is back to his/her birth weight it is fine to let baby sleep as long as they want (use common sense and try not to go over 8 hours)

Let her sleep! My LO started sleeping for most the night. He's gaining weight just fine. Of course when he started doing this I was still up every few hours checking on him.

Don't wake a sleeping baby is the advice her pediatrician gave when I asked at her 1 month appointment. As long as baby's not losing weight let her sleep

Like others have said if weight gain is good let her sleep. The only reason you might like to wake for a feed is if you're feeling engorged. But if you're feeling good, get some rest too.
