Baby acne or other?

Hi ladies,
My little guy is almost 6 weeks old. Since he was about 3 weeks he's had some spots on his cheeks. Our doctor said it was just baby acne when we went for his 4 week appt, but since then it's gotten worse and has spread all over his face, neck and upper chest. Any ideas what it could be? Acne, heat rash, excema, other?

My 7 week old is going through the same it is definetely baby acne mixed with the heat rash. I wash her face after each feeding with Eucerin baby wash and follow up with aveeno eczema cream with a little of Aquaphor healing ointment. Its clearing and looking much better. If you decide to put anything on it make sure its at night or during a nap so the baby won't get any product in the eyes. Also don't listen to people who says "leave it alone it will go away" "products will just irritate it" because in the beginning I did and it got worse and traveled. You have to keep the areas clean and free of moisture i.e water and milk.

My baby definitely the same, baby acne plus heat rash. I use sebamed baby facial cream day and night. And frequent wash with clean water.

That looks like eczema. My baby boy had it. Doctor told me he might have a milk allergy and i changed formula and used cortisone cream on his face and it cleared up.

My baby girl has the same thing. I thought it was acne at first, but the more I researched I think it's sebhorreic dermatitis. I've started using mustela products and the aquaphor healing ointment and it's clearing up. I also take a warm washcloth to her face/body 2x per day. I'm noticing a difference!

My son has a similar looking rash on his scalp, face, neck and chest. Our pediatrician said that it's a normal sensitivity rash (seborrhea) and the heat makes it worse. He said we could use moisturizer but it will go away. When it's on their scalp it's called cradle cap.
