No nausea. Has anyone had vomiting while sleeping? No tummy aches. Just random vomit waking u up?

This is the 2nd time this has happen to me. I could be having a nice sleep and then out of NOWHERE I sit up and have a mouth full of vomit.
Not aches no nausea. Just acid and chunks at 2am.😣

I tried googling it and night and morning sickness came up, but that's not what it is. .

Acid reflux is the worst! Doc told me I can take Zantac and Pepcid. Try those and also don't lay down right after you eat- wait at least a couple of hours if you can.

It's acid reflux! I have the same thing, I'll wake up in the middle of the night with acid feeling like its filling my throat. See what your doc will let you take as far as antacids and it should help.

That is acid reflux. Be careful because if you don't take something for it now it can harm your throat, teeth etc.
Zantac 150mg is what I use morning and night
