3 day yeast infection applicator I need tips
I decided to use a 3 day yeast infection kit this morning at six I'm going to just lay here for the whole 8 hours since they said to do it before you go to bed. What do I do once the 8 hours is up? Can I get up and move and take a shower and wash it out? Also am I able to use it again tonight? Or do I have to wait for tomorrow morning to do it??
