I had alot of cramping and really low back pain last night after sex. Today I woke up and noticed my bump looks so much smaller and lower than usual. I carry my daughter pretty high and my bump is usually pointy and bigger.. I'm still having a lot of back pain today and she's been kicking really low down i feel like im going to pee myself. Is this all normal? I'm 22 weeks.
