Mom wants to help with baby? 👶🏻✈️🙋🏻

My mom offered to fly out after baby is born, to help DH and I as first time parents! I love my mom and will love the help, but I wonder when to ask her to visit? She wants to be there the very first weeks, she thinks it will be when I need the most help. But I was hoping she might come more at the end of my maternity leave, so I can ease back into half days at work. What do you suggest?
