So I've been in the depo for 4 months now and I have just recently, today started feeling really sick and I have bad stomach pains. All I've had so far is spotting. I found out I was pregnant in March (through using the pill religiously, before anyone comments) and decided to have a termination as I wasn't ready. Can someone settle my mind as I'm panicking because these are the symptoms I had when I was pregnant. I can't eat full meals as I get full super quick, again felt that way when I was pregnant. I am going to the clinic tomorrow to make sure I'm not pregnant but does anyone have any ideas or advice?! Thank you all. 

Just a side note, I'm not using condoms too with my partner. X
